A Word from Our Principal...
Things are looking up for the new school year. The students are
excited about being back in school, and are ready to learn. Our staff continues to find innovative ways to educate every child
with a curriculum that is aligned to the Illinois Learning Standards in the Least Restrictive Environment. Our school takes
pride in hiring highly qualified teachers. Many attended training over the summer, giving them the opportunity to familiarize
themselves with the new Language Arts and Mathematics curriculum and instruction. You'll notice new books in your child's
book bag; please make sure your child takes good care of them. Letters will be sent home with information about each math
unit
A high-quality education is one of the most important
things that we can provide a child. Exposure to a variety of topics, people, and adventures all contribute to a fulfilling
school experience.
